Terms & Conditions

  • Please read these terms & conditions carefully as they set out the arrangements under which we at Wonderlux make products available to you. Make sure you read and agree with our terms & conditions before buying online, and get in touch with us if you have any questions.

Any instances of ‘we’, ‘us’, or ‘our’ throughout this document refer to Wonderlux, ABN 29 631 901 972, of 73 Wollongong Street, Fyshwick, ACT 2609. Wonderlux trades as wonderlux.com.au unless otherwise stated. 

By using this website you acknowledge that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the policies and arrangements referred to within them. If you do not agree with the Terms, please do not continue to use the website. If you are in need of additional information or clarification, please get in touch with us. 


Wonderlux defines the Point of Sale as the moment that we receive payment for the goods that you have ordered. At the Point of Sale, a legally binding contract comes into effect, and we will begin to process your order. The price you will pay is shown at the checkout and on your confirmation email in Australian Dollars (AUD), and is inclusive of GST. Payment can be made online via the Wonderlux website with all major credit & debit cards . Your payment details will be fully encrypted in order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure. 

Cancelling Or Changing Your Order

Our manufacturing process will begin the next business day after your order has been placed.  As a result, you can only cancel or change or your order if you contact us within 24 hours after placing it. If you cancel your order within this period,  the money owed to you will be credited to your bank account or credit card within 7 days. Please note that different banks have different transfer times, and we cannot be held accountable for bank transfer delays.  If you cancel your order after this 24 hour period, the manufacturing process will be underway and we will not be able to cancel your order or accept changes to it. 

Confirmation Of Your Order

On completion of an order, you will immediately receive an Order Confirmation email containing a tax invoice and a tracking number so that you can track the courier. This email is your proof of purchase, and we recommend keeping it for your records in the unlikely event that you need to make a warranty claim. If you do not receive any email correspondence from Wonderlux after placing your order please get in touch with us immediately so that we can confirm that your order has been received and that your details are updated and correct. Please note that we reserve the right to cancel your order if we have insufficient stock to manufacture your goods, if you require delivery outside Australia, or if the good that you have ordered was priced incorrectly on our website. If we do cancel your order, you will be notified by email and you will be fully reimbursed within 30 days of your original order.


Wonderlux will deliver your goods to the address that you provide to us. Your order will be immediately dispatched upon completion, and you will be able to track the delivery of your via the tracking number we send you in your Order Confirmation email. Deliveries are generally made Monday to Friday, between 9am and 5pm.  If you are unavailable when your order is delivered, your order will be left in a safe place at your home, or you will alternatively be given a contact card by the postal service to arrange pickup. If a delivery is delayed, we will do our best to keep you informed, but we cannot be held responsible for any delays that may occur in transit.


The depictions of our products on the Wonderlux website reflect the actual product as accurately as possible. However, the digital representation of a product might not always reflect the physical reality. To prevent dissatisfaction, we strongly advise that you request a free sample before placing your order. Perceived variations in the fabric’s colour, pattern, or texture between the online depiction and the delivered product will not entitle you to a refund, and we will not refund an item if the incorrect colour has been chosen. 


We manufacture goods according to the measurements provided to us. This means that the customer is responsible for providing precise and accurate window measurements. Make sure to check the final measurements in your order confirmation before submitting it for manufacturing. If you are using measurements taken from a house plan, we cannot be held responsible if the completed window measurements differ from the original plan.  We cannot accept returns or provide refunds if we have been given incorrect measurements. If you are unsure how to measure for any of our products, please consult our online measuring guide. If you require further assistance, please get in touch with our customer service team. 



Wonderlux offers a full 5 year manufacturer’s warranty on all fabric products, in addition to a 2 year manufacturer’s warranty on componentry. The warranty covers faults that may arise during normal use of the product. If a warranty claim needs to be made, please get in touch with us via phone or email. Generally, simple photo evidence will be required, as per the Consumer Guarantee guidelines. A Wonderlux representative will explain how to attain a replacement product. Please be aware that mistreating your Wonderlux products may void your warranty. This may include painting or staining the product, deliberately damaging the componentry, exposing the product to water, or incorrectly installing the product.

Return Policy

Wonderlux has a duty to provide you with the product you ordered. If any part of the product is missing or incomplete, we will replace it as quickly as possible in accordance with the Consumer Guarantee. A refund will only be given if we cannot replace or repair the item. If there is a warranty issue or fault with your product, Wonderlux will organise the return of the damaged or faulty product within the relevant warranty period at no further cost to you. This excludes products that have been incorrectly measured, if you have accidentally chosen the wrong colour, or if you have simply changed your mind.


Product Care

Please inspect your product as soon as they are delivered to ensure they are in appropriate condition, and contact us immediately if there is any damage. In this case, we can arrange repairs or replacements at no extra charge to you after receiving simple photographic evidence of the damage. Please note that the care and cleaning guidelines for your specific product are included alongside the installation instructions and we recommend consulting them regularly. General product care is available on our website. 


In the case of any event or circumstance that is beyond our control – including, but not limited to strikes, lock-outs, industrial disputes, technological system breakdowns, network access issues, flood, fire, explosion, or other accidents – we are not liable for any delay or failure to deliver the ordered goods, any change to the original delivery date, or any damage to the delivered goods.
